A wide range of planning exercises in Urban Planning and Development such as, GIS based Master Plans for AMRUT cities and towns; Interim Master Plan (IMP); City Development Plans (CDP); General Town Plans (GTP); Regional Development Plans; Zonal Development Plans; Housing & Land Development Program (HALDEP); City Level Investment Plans (CLIP); Financial and Operating Plans (FOP) for Local Bodies; Integrated Development of Small and Medium Towns (IDSMT); Integrated Infrastructure Programming and Planning in Small and Medium Towns (IIPP); Infrastructure Development and Investment Plan (IDIP) and Integrated Plan for Infrastructure & Municipal Services (IPIMS) etc. have been undertaken by STEM, over a period of time.
