Design and Construction Supervision consultancy for Implementation of Bulk Water Supply to K R Pet town of Mandya District, Karnataka.

The project is being implemented with financial assistance from Asian Development Bank (ADB).The duration of the Project is 18 months starting July 2020. The main objective of the assignment is to support the Project Management Unit (PMU) and the Implementing Agencies (IAs) i.e. Urban Local Body. Services provided by the project team entails a) Ensure design inputs; b) Physical and financial monitoring and reporting; c) Quality Assurance including framing quality control procedures and quality control of the works and 3rd party inspection; d) Contract Management including interpretation of the technical specifications and other contract documents as may be required by the IA / PIU/PMU; e) Supervision of various activities concerned with the work till its completion within the stipulated contract period and successful commissioning of the system; f) Resolving and providing specific technical solutions and other implementation related issues at the local level; and g) Joint measurement and Certification of the works completed and recommending payments of the contractors as well as progress monitoring.
