Training Programme on Project Evaluation for Senior Officials of Government of Karnataka.

The training programme was organised with financial assistance from Karnataka Evaluation Authority at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. It was a FIVE day programme for senior officials of different departments of Government of Karnataka. It was conducted from January 28th to February 1, 2013. The programme covered Karnataka Evaluation Policy; ToR preparation; Sampling and sample design; quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection; Log Frame Approach; Performance Indicators; tools and techniques of data analysis. The programme emphasised on making evaluation work and managing evaluations. The resource persons were drawn from IIMs, ISEC, STEM, KEA and the World Bank.
