Rejuvenation and Restoration of Veerasandra Lake Phase-I in Electronic City, Bangalore.

TITAN Company Limited, the fifth largest watch manufacturer in the world has its India Corporate office located in Electronic City, Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part of its CSR agenda, TITAN has taken up this prestigious environmental lake rejuvenation project of Veerasandra lake, which is in the close proximity of its premises. BMRCL had prepared the DPR at a cost of Rs 12.50 crores to be executed in 2 phases. STEM was awarded as Project Management Consultants (PMC) for this lake rejuvenation project.

STEM as PMC was involved in the following tasks.

  3. Technical Supervision, Quality Control & Monitoring
  4. Preparation of Estimates/Bill of Quantities
  5. Preparation of As Built Drawings
