Preparation of GIS based Perspective Plan, Master Plan and Zonal Development plans for Anantapuramu-Hindupur Urban Development Authority (AHUDA), Andhra Pradesh.

The project is in Consortium with L&T Infrastructure Engineering Ltd., Chennai. Duration of the Project is 12 months starting Jan 2019. Scope of the Work involves a) Preparation of Master Plans for 3 Towns; viz., Ananthapur, Hindupur and Dharmavaram; b) Preparation of Perspective Plan for the entire AHUDA Region of 3120 Sq. Kms. covering 2 Towns and 180 Villages in 18 Mandals. The specific tasks involved are:

• Updating of the existing Base Maps for the 3 Towns and preparation of Base Map for the remaining AHUDA area
• Inclusion of villages in LPA and updating the updated existing base map
• Preparation of a detailed base map on 1:2,000 scale for the conurbation areas of the LPA and 1:5,000 scale for the remaining areas, overlaid with available cadastral details.
• Incorporation of approved layouts, existing land use map with analysis and existing study maps
• Zoning of land use for various purposes, taking into account the provisions made for protection and conservation of heritage buildings.
• Prepared various thematic maps using GIS Arc Map technology.
• Preparation of Zoning Regulations for the LPA
